You see what they bought. Lux sees what's next.
Approved Lux embeds a white-labeled, 24/7 human concierge inside your customer experience. Every request becomes structured, consented behavioral intelligence: intent, preference, life events, and sentiment, streamed to your team in real time.
Consent captured at signup · US-based human concierge
01 · Platform
One concierge. Three layers of intelligence.
The concierge is the delivery mechanism. The product is the first-party behavioral data engine running beneath every interaction.
A real, US-based human handles travel, dining, gifting, errands and research by phone, SMS, and email, all under your brand. Not a chatbot.
“Dinner for two Saturday, somewhere quiet, it's our anniversary.”
The NLP engine structures every interaction into entities, intent, sentiment, and preference across 64 signal types, confidence-calibrated 0.0 to 1.0.
{ "signal": "dining_ambiance", "confidence": 0.91 }Signals stream to your dashboard, warehouse, and CRM, tenant-isolated and governed by your DPA. Dashboard access can be live in days.
02 · Signal taxonomy
Sixty-four signal types,
seven categories.
Preference Signals
Expressed and revealed tastes across lifestyle domains. Forms the preference graph, with drift detection.
Intent Signals
What a member plans to do before they transact. The highest-value window for proactive engagement.
Life Event Markers
Major transitions that reshape behavior, strategically valuable for life-stage engagement.
Sentiment Indicators
How members feel about experiences and providers. Leading indicators of churn and satisfaction.
Geographic & Movement
Where members go, how often, and the patterns beneath their movement.
Social Network Data
Who travels with whom, who coordinates, who influences. Invisible to digital platforms.
Spending & Financial
Spending patterns and velocity: the "why" behind transaction data.
The preference graph deepens with every request. Intelligence no survey, cookie, or transaction log can replicate.
03 · For your members
A perk they'll actually use.
Your members get a genuinely useful personal assistant: a real person, around the clock, under your brand. Travel, dining, event tickets, gifting, errands, research. Handled by phone, SMS, or email.

04 · FAQ
The questions every buyer asks.
Privacy, pilots, integration, and ownership, answered plainly. For anything deeper, detailed materials are available under NDA.
How is member privacy handled?
Every member opts in explicitly, per sensitivity tier, at signup. They know exactly what is collected, how it is structured, and what is shared with you. Consent can be revoked and deletion requested at any time. You receive structured signals, never raw transcripts, and nothing is ever resold.
How does the 90-day pilot work?
Engagements start as a staged, evidence-gated pilot, never an open-ended commitment. We agree on a member cohort and success metrics up front, validate integration and cohort-level data quality over 90 days, and convert to enterprise terms only when the gates are met. Clean exit ramps at every checkpoint.
What does integration take?
The entitlement flow (OAuth 2.0 / SAML plus an entitlement API that flags qualified members) is all that is required for go-live. Dashboard access can be live in days; REST API and warehouse ingestion can follow in the first 60 days without blocking signal capture.
Who owns the data, and can it be deleted?
Structured signals are licensed to you under a Data Processing Agreement with defined retention and deletion terms. Members hold deletion rights over their own data. Raw interaction data, NLP models, and training data remain proprietary to Approved Experiences and are never shared or sold.
